NoSmell is an additive for

• fresh keeping films for non food organic matter (e.g. long distance delivery packaging for fresh cut flowers)

General Information:

• NoSmell is used for LDPE, HDPE or LLDPE film processing, to produce special waste dispose bags (trash bags, liners) both for household or institutional applications, to reduce unwanted bad smell of the content of a trash bag.


• NoSmell is a master-batch made of an LDPE carrier and an absorbent active ingredient. NoSmell absorbs ethyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, ammonia, ethylene and sulfides, most of them being the source of the unpleasant smell of the decomposing rubbish.


• NoSmell is to be used in 5 - 10% in LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE. It can be fully integrated into your production - no further changes are needed. NoSmell can be applied both in mono- and multilayer films.


• Physical properties of the films processed with this master-batch will not change.


• NoSmell has an active ingredient of non toxic character, it is an inert material, which does not contain heavy metals. The films manufactured with NoSmell do not migrate.


• NoSmell is packed in special multilayer, aluminum lined bags of 25 kg. Storage in dry, non sun exposed place is recommended. NoSmell master-batch must not contact other chemicals or gases due to its absorbent characteristics. We recommend to close once opened bags carefully. NoSmell can be stored in undamaged bags for minimum one year.


• Films or other packaging materials containing NoSmell have to be recycled like normal polyethylene products.
